CVExpress: Resume & CV Builder

CVExpress — your CV is built on your phone, not on someone's server.

Everything happens on your device: no account, no file upload, no tracking on our part. Writing, saving, previewing and PDF export work with the network completely off — open the app in airplane mode, on a train, in a dead zone, and walk away with a CV ready to send. The one exception is advertising: ads are the only thing that touches the network.

■ Offline at every step that concerns your CV

Writing, saving, previewing and PDF export need no connection and all work with the network completely off. Your data is stored locally on your device and is waiting where you left it next time. Only the ads need a connection; with no network, everything else keeps working.

■ Your privacy is not a clause in the terms

No email address, no phone number, no sign-up, and we collect no data ourselves — not your name, not your CV content, not usage statistics. Your CV is never sent to any server: export writes a file on your own device. The only thing that leaves the device is the ad request, handled by Google AdMob (see the advertising clause of the privacy policy).

■ A CV laid out like a professional's

The app organises your CV into clear, well-ordered sections: personal details, profile, experience, education, certifications, skills, languages and references. A consistent, logical order makes your CV easy to scan — exactly what a recruiter looks for in the first thirty seconds.

■ Includes ATS-friendly templates

Clean text structure, no complicated tables and no text baked into images, so an applicant tracking system reads it the way you do. Single-column templates are read in the right order; two-column ones — the best-looking — may be read in a different order, and the app tells you so. Arabic fonts ship with the app and are embedded into the PDF itself, so your CV looks exactly as you designed it on any device that opens it.

■ Fourteen templates, full customisation

Fourteen templates in distinct styles: modern, classic, coloured sidebar, minimal, plus others with skill bars, shaped photos and decorative headers. Pick the one that fits your field, change the colours and fonts, add your photo — or leave it photo-free.

■ Three languages, full Arabic support

Arabic, English and French interfaces, with correct right-to-left and mixed-direction text handling. Write in Arabic, in English, or combine both in one document.

■ A dark mode that's easy on the eyes

Switch between light and dark with one tap; your choice is remembered next time.

■ Ads that keep the app free

The app is completely free, and development continues thanks to a discreet banner shown at the top of the screen by Google AdMob. No pop-ups, no interstitial ads interrupting your work, no in-app purchases — and every feature is open from the first launch. With no network, no ad appears and everything else keeps working. What AdMob collects is set out in the advertising clause of the privacy policy.

■ Light and fast

Small download, opens instantly, no background battery drain — because it does nothing in the background.

Who is it for?

Job seekers, new graduates, professionals updating their CV every year, and anyone who wants a polished CV without signing up on a website or waiting for a download.

One honest note: the app does not publish your CV anywhere and does not send it to anyone. You export it as a PDF and share it with whomever you choose, through your device's own apps.
